1. Independent Status
By applying to become a WebroadeHub travel consultant, you acknowledge that this is an independent contractor role, not an employee relationship. You are responsible for managing your time, clients, and income.
2. Training & Certification
All applicants must complete any required onboarding programs provided by WebroadeHub and its affiliate partners (e.g., ALGV Pro, Viator, Fora Travel). Certification may be required prior to accepting client bookings.
3. Errors and Omissions Insurance (E&O)
As a WebroadeHub travel consultant, you are required to obtain and maintain E&O insurance—a form of professional liability coverage that protects you and your clients from booking errors, miscommunication, or omissions. Proof of active insurance may be requested prior to account activation.

4. Commission and Earnings
Consultants earn commissions based on successfully completed bookings. Commission splits, payout schedules, and thresholds vary depending on the affiliate provider and will be disclosed upon approval. WebroadeHub does not guarantee any fixed income.
5. Code of Conduct
All consultants must:
Present themselves and WebroadeHub professionally
Provide accurate and honest information to clients
Avoid fraudulent or unethical booking practices
Violation of these standards may result in immediate removal from the program.
6. Confidentiality
Consultants agree to protect all client data, internal communication, and supplier information. Sharing this information with unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited.
7. Termination Clause
WebroadeHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate consultant access due to policy violations, inactivity, or misrepresentation. Consultants may resign at any time with written notice.
8. No Guarantee of Income
While training, tools, and leads may be provided, WebroadeHub makes no guarantee of earnings. Your success depends on your personal efforts and engagement.
